Ingredients
- Whole Nourish wheat flour (atta)
- Some leftover Nourish Toor Dal/Nourish Moong Dal/Chana Dal
- Finely chopped Onion
- Finely Chopped Green Chillies
- 2 tablespoons chopped fresh coriander leaves
- ½ teaspoon red chilli powder
- ½ teaspoon garam masala
- Salt to taste
- Nourish Ghee or Bail Kolhu oil for cooking
Methods
Prepare the Dough
Take a mixing bowl and add your Nourish whole wheat flour. Add some salt to taste and water. Knead the dough until it reaches a soft and smooth consistency. Let it rest
Prepare the Filling
Take Nourish Toor Dal/Moong Dal or Chana Dal (preferably leftover). Add chopped onion, green chilli and spices in the mixture. Mix everything well.
Make the Paranthas
Make equal-sized balls of dough. Take one ball and roll it. Now, take a big spoonful of mixture and put it in the centre of your rolled dough ball. Pack the mixture with your dough and roll it again. Your stuffed dal paratha dough base is ready.
Roll and Cook
Dust the stuffed dough and put it on the Tawa or skillet. Now cook it with Nourish Ghee or Bail Kolhu Kachi Ghani Mustard Oil. Cook until it's golden brown and crispy. Serve with your favourite side dish like Achaar, Chutney or curd.
